Notification of authorisation to practise as a Limited Liability Partnership.

Dear Sirs,

We wish to formally notify you that as and from 21st January 2021  Anderson & Gallagher is authorised by the Legal Services Regulatory Authority to operate and is now operating as a Limited Liability Partnership, Anderson & Gallagher LLP.

The firm is still a partnership under the Partnership Act 1890 (to the extent that  it is not inconsistent with the Legal Services Regulation Act 2015).

The LLP will now be liable for any debt, liability or obligation of the firm.  The individual partners in the firm have no personal liability for any debts, liabilities or obligations which are incurred by the firm or any partner or any of its employees, except where there is fraud or dishonesty or a finding of misconduct or a criminal conviction.  This does not prevent or restrict the enforcement of any debt, liability or obligation against the property of the LLP.
