Injury by Defective Products

Liability for defective products

If you have been injured as a result of a defective product you may have a right to compensation against the manufacturer or supplier of the product under the Liability for Defective Products Act 1991.

For example you may have become ill by eating contaminated food or you may have sustained injury if a defective tyre caused a blow out. If you have experienced injury, loss or damage as a result of your use of a defective product then you may be entitled to compensation.

If you would like more information on the Defective Products compensation claims process please contact us on Freephone 1800 200 618 or email info@andersongallagher.ie.

Irish solicitors may not calculate fees or other charges in contentious business as a percentage or proportion of any award or settlement nor is it our practice to do so.
